Cancellation & Refunds
We aim to achieve a flawless customer experience and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy.
How do I cancel an order on kraftberry.in?
If unfortunately you have to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order by sending us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with the Order ID. If we haven't shipped the product, we will refund the entire amount instantly.
If the cancellation is after your product has shipped, we will not be able to process the same. Howevever, it may be eligible for return. Please refer to our return policy below.
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since you received your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
If the product is damaged, has quality issues, is not as described or you are simply unsatisfied with the product in any way please ship the product back to : 3rd Floor, M-14/18, DLF Phase 2, Gurgaon, Haryana - 122002. You will be provided with a Rs 100 Discount Coupon for your courier charges, along with a full refund for the product subject to our refund policy below.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 working days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
